Hours and a file for payrollGrowth
Staff clock in and out, or you use the planned hours. Payroll gets a file for Danløn or Salary, or a plain CSV for another system.
The opening hours are fixed, the number of customers is not. helloswap plans the week against how many people each day needs, and keeps track of the rules for young staff.
14 days free · no card to startThe same shop needs two people on a quiet morning and five on a Saturday or in December. The rota has to follow that, week after week.
After-school and weekend staff have their own limits on hours, evenings and rest. Those are hard to keep in your head for a whole team.
Every opening and closing shift needs a person who may open, close or cash up.
Everything below is in the product today. A function marked Growth needs the Growth plan or Enterprise. The rest is in every plan.

Set how many people each shift needs on each weekday, and that one of them must be a key holder. The schedule shows people planned against people needed, day by day.
Fills a department's week from your staffing needs. Hours are balanced against each person's contract, and the working-time rules, days off, availability and approved time off are never broken. You get drafts to look over.
helloswap knows from the date of birth who is under 18, and applies the limits for young workers to every shift, every swap and every auto-filled week.
Set the hours that give a supplement, with a rate of its own for under-18s where your agreement has one. In Denmark you can start from the figures in the shop agreement and check them against your own.
Each department has its own schedule, its own staffing needs and its own manager. A person can work in more than one.
Staff offer a shift to a colleague or to the team, and you approve. A shift that needs a key holder can only go to someone who is one.
You pay per employee per month. There is no minimum and no base fee. The first 14 days are free and need no card.
Auto-fill week, supplements, several departments and the payroll file are in Growth. Staffing needs, shift swaps and the rules for under-18s are in every plan.
See what is in each planYes. Staffing needs are set per weekday and per shift, so Saturday can need more people than Tuesday, and the schedule shows where a day is short. For one unusual week, such as the week before Christmas, you enter other numbers in Auto-fill week (Growth) without saving them as your normal ones.
When a person's date of birth makes them under 18, helloswap checks every shift against the rules for young workers: hours per day and per week, rest between shifts and the hours they may not work. These rules block; they are not warnings. A collective agreement or a sector rule can differ, and on the Enterprise plan you can change the figures.
Yes, on Growth and up, with each shop as a department. A person has a main department and can be added to others. helloswap still gives a person one shift a day at most and checks the rest between shifts across departments.
